A recipe for German-style green onion soup (Lauchsupe), a delica
It looks unfamiliar, but it's a German-style 'green onion soup' that you can't stop eating. They often make and eat it when they camp or invite people to their homes! It's a delicacy with cheese flavor, light and sweet leek, and cabbage~ ^^ If you don't have leek, you can make it a little smaller with green onions :) It goes well with mixed grain bread!~ The combination of the savouryness of cabbage, the lightness of meat, and the rich taste of whipped cream cheese will make it a really delicious delicacy :)

Cooking Steps

Please prepare the ingredients

Chop the bacon into small pieces. The smaller it is, the better it is to give off a scent.

Chop the garlic.

Prepare the green onions by cutting them evenly.

Cut the onions into small pieces.
STEP 6/15
This completes the preparation of all the ingredients for cooking.

It's a cream cheese called Sahne. If you taste it, it tastes like cheese that we usually eat.

First, stir-fry bacon in a deep pot.
STEP 9/15
Stir-fry 250g of minced meat with 1t of minced garlic and pepper.

When the color of the meat changes, add the onions and stir-fry them.

When onions become translucent, add cabbage first and stir-fry.

Add all the green onions and stir-fry them. When you stir-fry it, it's good to pour a little bit of white wine or water and stir-fry it.

When it boils up, add one Sahne (replaceable with fresh cream + white cheese) and melt it well. (If there is vegetable powder to add seasoning, add a little and if not, skip it.)

Add about 1 cup of water.

Sahn can be replaced with whipped cream and white cheese.
