STEP 2/6
Wash the ginger clean, peel it, and pick the lump that can fit into a cup of water
STEP 3/6
Stir the ginger and cut it
STEP 4/6
Boil ginger in a mixture of water and soy sauce. And add sugar and boil it together
STEP 5/6
When it boils up, change the heat to low heat, boil it until the ginger is fully cooked, and at the last step, turn off the gas oven, leave it for a minute or two, and strain it through a sieve to separate the ingredients from the soy sauce.
Tzuyu has been made. You can cool it down now.
STEP 6/6
If you put the cooled tsuyu in an airtight container and leave it in the refrigerator, it can be useful for various foods.
You can make tsuyu and put buckwheat noodles in it, or you can put it in braised tofu in general.
