Please prepare the ingredients!

Melt frozen shrimp or trim crabs.

Chop the ingredients such as garlic, carrots, green onions, onions, etc.

(Yellow curry paste can be replaced with regular curry powder.)

Pour the well-mixed sauce into the pan where the ingredients were being stir-fried.

When it boils, beat in two eggs and prepare.

Pour into the pan in a circle and mix well with the sauce. This is the end of cooking.
If you add crabs, it may be crispy and have a good texture, but if you fry them and mix them with the sauce, it's better to put them on top before you eat them :) If you fry them, you can also cut onions thickly and fry them, it's good as a side dish. ^_^
