First, add half a spoonful of flavored salt to one chicken (or chicken breast
Add a little pepper, and pour enough milk to cover the chicken

If you boil it for too long, it tastes burnt, so it's not good^^

Don't throw away the milk without blood in the chicken that has been marinated for about an hour, but add a cup and a half of the frying powder to make it thick.
