Making sweet pumpkin soup
Sweet pumpkin soup that I tasted after visiting a healthy food restaurant with an acquaintance who worked hard on dieting. I made it myself at home :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Wash the sweet pumpkin clean, put it in a plastic bag, return it to the microwave for about 3 minutes, and cool it down.
Cut 1/2 onion into small pieces.
Cut the lightly cooked sweet pumpkin in half and dig out the seeds.
STEP 2/3
Peel the pumpkin skin with a filler.
You have to peel it off so that there's almost no green left so that the color comes out pretty when you make sweet pumpkin soup!
Slice the peeled sweet pumpkin thinly.
Place olive oil or butter in a skillet and stir-fry onions for a long time until browned.
STEP 3/3
When the onions are fried, add all the chopped sweet pumpkin and cook it thoroughly.
Pour 300ml of milk and grind it finely with a blender or hand blender.
Boil slightly and season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar or honey.
If you're on a diet, it's better not to season it!
You have to peel off the sweet pumpkin so that there is little green left on the skin to make the sweet pumpkin soup pretty!
