The first step is to make broth. I made broth with only kelp and anchovies again. Make enough broth^^

If you stir-fry kimchi with pork fat oil, it doubles the savory taste, but if you don't have it, cooking oil is fine^^ Please prepare as much kimchi as you want. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry it.

Stir-fry the kimchi until it is cooked properly, then pour the broth and add the raw meat.

Put the chopped tofu in here and season it with thick salt.

In the last step, add a spoonful of vinegar. In the golden recipe, they add makgeolli vinegar, but it's okay to just add vinegar. If you add vinegar, it gives you a refreshing and refreshing taste.
