Making Hangover Soup and dried pollack soup
My groom's favorite dried pollack soup as hangover soup. I made a light and cool dried pollack soup with dried pollack on the memorial service table for Chuseok. The dried pollack soup also boils at its own speed

  • onion
    1/4ea
  • leek

  • Tofu
    1/4ea
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1TS
  • Salt
    1/2ts
  • Sesame oil
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak dried pollack and dried shiitake mushrooms in cold water. Stir-fry soaked dried pollack and shiitake mushrooms in sesame oil. (I put the whole shiitake mushroom and cut it later, but it's easier if you cut it in advance.)
STEP 2/5
Pour 3 cups of water (approximately 600ml) and bring to a boil.
STEP 3/5
Cut the onions and green onions and put them together.
STEP 4/5
I cut a little bit of tofu jeon because there was Chuseok. (If you don't have it, you can skip it.)
STEP 5/5
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and season with salt. When the soup boils, beat 2 eggs and pour them into a circle. Boil it for 15 more minutes like this and it's done!!
It's cool and delicious even with radish. The longer it boils over low heat, the cooler and more delicious it becomes hangover soup.
