STEP 1/10
Cut fish cake, chives, onions, and kkari peppers into bite-size pieces.
(Vegetables can be used as substitute for those at home)

Boil udon noodles in boiling water.
(If you stir the udon noodles with chopsticks to dissolve the noodles while boiling
Do not stir until more than half is loosened, as the noodles will break.)

Drain the noodles and prepare them

Add 1/2 spoon of minced garlic to 1 spoon of cooking oil to make it smell

Add onion, pepper, fish cake, salt, and pepper
season

After tasting it at the end, make the insufficient liver with soy sauce.
If there is no oyster sauce, add 1/3 spoon of anchovy sauce in soy sauce.
