STEP 1/9
Shred radish into thick slices. If you cut the radish thickly, it doesn't get crushed and becomes a clean radish.
STEP 2/9
Rinse the shrimp out.
STEP 3/9
Chop up the ginger
STEP 4/9
Chop up the garlic
STEP 5/9
Put oil and canola oil in a pan in half, add minced garlic, minced ginger, and when the scent comes up slightly, add a little radish and salt and stir-fry.
STEP 6/9
When the radish becomes transparent, cover and cook for about 3 minutes.
STEP 7/9
When the radish is cooked tenderly, add the shrimp and stir to cook for about a minute. Season with salt for the lack of seasoning.
STEP 8/9
It's good to add sesame oil and sesame seeds at the end, but the color of radish leaves has decreased, so I ended it here. It's delicious because it's clean and protein even if you don't put it in.
When ginger is added to radish greens, the cold energy of radish and the warm energy of ginger meet and neutralize each other, making it easy to digest and eliminate poison.
