STEP 1/9
Wash and prepare apple mint leaves. If you go to a place that sells seedlings, you can buy them for 2,000 to 3,000 won per head. One head of seedlings is a lot, so cut it in moderation and grow the rest and eat more.
STEP 2/9
Rub the lemon with salt or baking powder to remove the wax from the skin (pictured in baking powder)
STEP 3/9
Cut into appropriate thicknesses and cut into 1/4 sizes.
STEP 4/9
Put 2 mint leaves in the ice mold
STEP 5/9
Add a slice of lemon. Lemon or mint is a little big, so I think the sticking out will give off a good scent and look pretty when you put it in alcohol or drink later.
STEP 6/9
Prepare it by dissolving syrup in water. Kiwi syrup adds lemon flavor. Other fragrant syrups such as hazelnut syrup and mint syrup also go well together..If you don't have syrup, sugar is good..^^ If you don't add sugar, the drink will be tender and tasteless when the ice melts.
STEP 7/9
Pour in syrup or sugar water. (If you want a strong flavor, you can mash lemon and mint with your hand or fork.)
STEP 8/9
Freeze it in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
STEP 9/9
Make sure to keep frozen ice in a container to prevent the smell from flying away and leave it and eat it..
Mix the finished ice with alcohol or carbonated water. It goes really well with gin or rum like soju. When the ice melts, lemon and mint come to mind, and I like the feeling of drinking luxurious cocktails..^^ For those who can't drink alcohol, it's good to enjoy the atmosphere together with sparkling water without sugar. It's good to make sugar sweet. Sugar makes the ice a little sticky, but it melts as soon as it goes into the drink and adds flavor, so it's okay.
