Ingredients
  • Songpyeon
    4-5ea
  • canola oil
    1/2TS
  • Nuts
    1TS
  • Honey
    2/3TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
It's better to defrost the frozen songpyeon.
STEP 2/7
Heat the pan first, then add a bit of canola oil, and cook the songpyeon over low heat. The point here is that it's low heat. Because it is important to cook songpyeon so that it can be pressed well.
STEP 3/7
Turn the songpyeon upside down when it's golden. Press it with a hotteok presser. Apply oil to the hotteok presser. That way, it doesn't stick.
STEP 4/7
Songpyeon became flat like hotteok. Cattle don't like beans or chestnuts because they're hard to press. Sesame songpyeon is good to make into hotteok.
STEP 5/7
Nuts are pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, walnuts, etc. Almond slices, cashew nuts, everything is fine.
STEP 6/7
Pour a spoonful of honey.
STEP 7/7
Sprinkle some nuts and it's done.
