Chop chives, onions, and carrots^^

Add three eggs, one cup of milk soju, and one cup of water soju. Milk makes steamed eggs softer so that it doesn't turn blue^^

Add half a teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt^^

Sprinkle a drop or two of sesame oil and pepper and mix well^^

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan,

Add egg mixture about 1/3 and roll it when it is half cooked and roll to one side,

Second, pour the remaining egg mixture in half and roll it when it's half cooked The third one too!

It's thick, so the sides burst, but it doesn't interfere with eating, lol

Place egg rolls on a plate and cool. If you cut it when it's hot, it breaks,

When it's cold, cut it gently into bite-size pieces with a knife^^

A thick egg roll with a subtle chives scent is complete!

I'm full just eating chives and vegetable egg rolls.^^
Add water in an amount similar to that of an egg. If you mix water with milk in half, it becomes a softer and more delicious egg roll^^
