Wash the kkari peppers and cut the holes with toothpicks, and cut the crab meat, pickled radish, and ham into the same length as the meat. Oyster mushrooms, saesongi mushrooms, etc... You can change the vegetables to suit your preference.

Add a pinch of salt and beat the eggs, mix half and half with flour and glutinous rice flour, coat back and forth, shake off, and coat with egg water. If there's too much powder on it, it's dry, tastes less, and the color isn't pretty. I like the sticky taste, so I mixed it with glutinous rice powder, but if you don't have it, you can skip it.
