Soft eggplant boat pizza!
The thorn rose, which likes eggplants, planted a lot of branches on the rooftop garden this year. I go up quickly every morning and pick fresh eggplants and make delicious eggplants. Today, we made eggplant boat pizza with our favorite eggplant dish. When I make eggplant pizza, I always make it thin with fillers, but our large bread prefers eggplant pizza made in the shape of a boat.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the eggplant in half and hollow out.
STEP 2/8
Finely chop the onion and chop the eggplant speed.
STEP 3/8
Grease a heated pan with oil, stir-fry onions, then add red yellow, paprika, and eggplant filling and stir-fry.
STEP 4/8
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of commercial spaghetti sauce and stir-fry. Remove from heat, add 2 tablespoons of pizza cheese and mix.
STEP 5/8
Fill the hollowed-out eggplant with stir-fried ingredients. You can grill the eggplants in advance, but I just did it today.
STEP 6/8
Sprinkle pizza cheese and parsley on top.
STEP 7/8
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
STEP 8/8
Sprinkle cheese powder on the deliciously baked eggplant boat pizza.
