Brunch green tea pancake
It's a bitter and sweet cake with green tea when you want to enjoy brunch and snack!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
The first thing to make is custard cream! Separate the egg yolk according to 80g. (1 to 2 egg yolks)
STEP 2/15
Add yolk + starch + 60g sugar + butter + milk and whip. You can whip with your hands, but it's more convenient to use a whipping machine!

Put the whipped ball in the microwave and heat it for about 4 minutes
STEP 4/15
Microwave and let cool for about 10 minutes
STEP 5/15
When it cools down to a certain extent, add whipped cream + 25g of sugar and whip it again.

When it's a bit watery, the custard cream is complete!

Pancake dough - Add pancake mix + egg + green tea + milk and mix

It's supposed to be green tea color, but our green tea powder is oldMaybe that's why the color doesn's.

Set it on low heat without wrapping anything around the pan

Pour in the dough as much as you want.

Turn over when bubbles form on the top and the bottom is cooked to a certain extent.

Add berry mix + jam and mix!
If you don't have it, you can just jam it!

Place baked cake and spread custard cream on top.

Place bread on top of custard cream in 2-3 layers.

Lastly, place the mixture of jam and berry mix on top, and gently sprinkle sugar powder on top.
1. If there is no sugar powder, grind the sugar in a blender. 2. When you cook the dough, you don't have to put oil on it and just put it on a bare pan to make the color look pretty! 3. If you don't have Berry, just jam it and it doesn't matter if it's not strawberry jam!
