For pork, I bought the thin part of the front leg meat that is bulgogi. The price is cheap and the amount is reasonable.
And remove the intestines of one squid, wash it clean, and take care of it!! I also cut and prepare various vegetables and mushrooms that go into Osam Bulgogi.

Add red pepper paste, red pepper powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, green onion, sesame oil, sugar, and cooking wine and mix them well.

Grease the pan, add green onions, turn on the heat, and stir-fry sweetly. To make green onion oil.

Then, put the pork first and stir-fry it.

Add the squid and stir-fry it well. You can add refined rice wine here, or a little bit of ginger powder, it improves the flavor and takes care of the fishy taste!!

Add the sauce, add the natural seasoning, and stir-fry while mixing well.

If the sauce is well mixed with meat and squid, add various vegetables and mushrooms and stir-fry them!!!
If you have bean sprouts, it's good to put them in right now!!!!

The delicious and plentiful Osam Bulgogi is almost complete. As the water came out of the vegetables, I became self-sufficient.

As the last step, add sesame oil and perilla leaves and turn off the heat. The perilla leaves are naturally cooked at the existing temperature, put them in last, and turn off the heat right away.
You can choose the pork belly part and use it. If it's pork belly, cook it more and add squid. It is good to stir-fry squid and various vegetables in the oil from pork belly.
Tips for eating!!! It's a good way to enjoy Osam Bulgogi wrapped in perilla leaves or lettuce wrap^^
