Cooking Steps

Shred the carrots.
STEP 2/5
Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom and peel it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/5
Grease the pan and stir-fry the carrots.
STEP 4/5
When the carrots are ready, stir-fry the enoki mushrooms.
STEP 5/5
Enoki mushrooms will cook quickly, so just stir-fry them slightly. Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry 1/2T of minced garlic, 1/2T of soy sauce, and 1/2T of perilla oil when it becomes mushy.
