Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Remove the dirty grease from the pork backbone and soak it in cold water for half a day to drain the blood.
STEP 2/6
Slice potatoes, onions, and green onions into big chunks.

Boil your backbone once in boiling water and rinse it in running water.

STEP 6/6
