Fruit songpyeon
I made a unique songpyeon for the upcoming Chuseok. The shape is pretty and the taste is sour, so I think it's good for kids and as a gift^^ If you make it like me, you will have a pretty daughter

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare a mixture of glutinous rice flour and glutinous rice flour in a 5:1 ratio (70g).
Add 1 tablespoon of sweet pumpkin powder and sift it together to prepare.
STEP 2/6
Add 4 tablespoons of hot water to the top step 1 and knead.

After removing some of the dough, make it round and press it well and put the filling in Step 3.
After that, wrap it well and make it round again and make it into the shape you want.

I made it into a pumpkin shape
Spread the cotton cloth on a steamer, put the songpyeon on it, and spread it for 15 minutes, and it's almost done ^^
STEP 6/6
The thick songpyeon prevents dryness by applying sesame oil to the outside.
Finish off the top of the pumpkin with sunflower seeds.
When you make a lot of songpyeon, it can get dry, so it's good to cover it with wet cotton cloth You can use other dried fruits to make songpyeon filling^^
