Ingredients
  • Cucumber
    1.5ea
  • Cabbage
    1/4ea
  • Water
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash cucumbers with salt,
Scratch the rough edges
Cut it!
Cut a bite and cut it
0.5cm~ About 1cm.
STEP 2/8
Please prepare cabbage too.
Cut it into bite-size pieces, please.
(If you use red cabbage, the color is pretty,

Water: vinegar:sugar=2:1:1
Make proportions and simmer until sugar melts.
