STEP 4/6
Tear the oyster and enoki mushrooms to the side, and slice the saesongi mushrooms into the length of the oyster. Slice shiitake mushrooms, paprika, and onions. Cut the chives into mushroom-length pieces.

Stir-fry the marinated meat, then add onions and stir-fry together, and add a cup of water. Place the mushrooms, oyster, and shiitake mushrooms and sprinkle 1/3 of the sauce. Place the soaked glass noodles on top of it, add half of the remaining seasoning, close the lid, and cook over low heat.

When the glass noodles are cooked, add paprika and enoki mushrooms and add all the remaining seasonings. Place chives on top and cover for about 15 seconds, then open and mix evenly with sesame seeds.
