Wash the squid clean and drain it

Chop the garlic and ginger and chop the onions into bite-size pieces.

Prepare squid with small cuts to make it easier to eat.

Put the prepared ingredients in the pan except for the green onions.

Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoon of plum juice, and 3 tablespoon of perilla oil

Mix the ingredients so that the sauce is well blended.

Marinate until seasoning is cut for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add half a cup of water and stir-fry over high heat.

When the squid is cooked, add green onions

I'll sprinkle sesame seeds, too.

Taste it and season it with salt!

It's easy to eat.
Adjust the intensity of the spicy taste with red pepper powder and cheongyang pepper. :-)
