Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Wash the squid clean and drain it
STEP 2/12
Chop the garlic and ginger and chop the onions into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/12
Prepare squid with small cuts to make it easier to eat.
STEP 4/12
Put the prepared ingredients in the pan except for the green onions.
STEP 5/12
Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoon of plum juice, and 3 tablespoon of perilla oil
STEP 6/12
Mix the ingredients so that the sauce is well blended.
STEP 7/12
Marinate until seasoning is cut for 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 8/12
Add half a cup of water and stir-fry over high heat.
STEP 9/12
When the squid is cooked, add green onions
STEP 10/12
I'll sprinkle sesame seeds, too.

Taste it and season it with salt!

Adjust the intensity of the spicy taste with red pepper powder and cheongyang pepper. :-)

    It's a bit salty because it's my first time making it, but I think it's delicious even if it's a side dish I liked it because it was a simple and easy recipe except for preparing squid. ^^
