Chop the chives into small pieces. Usually, fried rice and stir-fried dishes use chopped green onions, but there are chives that need to be removed quickly, so I prepared them instead.

Cut the carrots into small pieces and get ready. If you just prepare the green carrots, the ingredients are ready. You can add more ingredients like onions, paprika, ham, etc. and stir-fry them together, but today we're making it quickly, so just like this...^^

Lastly, add chopped chives and mix them evenly. The chives cook quickly, and when they're cooked too much, there's no texture and no scent, so turn off the heat and put it in and cook it with the remaining heat in the rice.
