STEP 1/8
I prepared basil leaves, pine nuts, parmesan cheese powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Olive oil that you just use for eating, such as salad, tastes much better if you use extra Virgin Olive Oil.
STEP 2/8
Wash the basil leaves clean and prepare.
STEP 3/8
I put basil, pine nuts, minced garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese powder in a blender and ground it quickly. If you grind it for too long, it will cause discoloration.. Please change it quickly.
STEP 4/8
Place in a container and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. This basil pesto can be used as a spaghetti sauce or as a spread on baguette bread.
STEP 5/8
If you like thick dough, use two tortillas like me. Of course, you can use Chapter 1.
STEP 6/8
I spread basil pesto on the tortilla.
