How to cook seaweed soup with mussels

  • Sesame oil
  • Korean style soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Garlic
Cooking Steps

Soak dried mussels in lukewarm water for about 2 hours.

Soak seaweed in water for 2 to 3 minutes and drain it.

Stir-fry seaweed, mussels, and sesame oil in a pot.
STEP 4/7
Pour about 2 cups of water, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and stir-fry until the seasoning is soaked.

Pour plenty of water and season with salt.

Once it boils, cover and simmer over medium heat.

The seaweed soup is soft and ripe I put a bowl of mussels in the soup because they are white and thick, and it looks delicious.The mussels are seasoned, so I added a bit of salt, but this is delicious only if it suits your taste
