Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Soak the glass noodles in water for about 2 hours without boiling them.
That way, the noodles will be chewy. ^^
STEP 2/9
Cut the zucchini, which will be used instead of spinach, by turning it around and chopping it.
STEP 3/9
Soak dry wood ear mushrooms enough and remove foreign substances.
STEP 4/9
Shred the beef, add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and pepper, season and mix with moderately cut wood ear mushrooms.
STEP 5/9
Chop the other vegetables into long pieces.
STEP 6/9
Season each vegetable with a little salt and stir-fry in cooking oil.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry beef with mushrooms.
STEP 8/9
Cut the noodles in water into appropriate lengths, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and stir-fry them over low heat
Stir-fry 4-5 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
If the glass noodles stick to the pan, add some water with a spoon
and stir-fry it gently^^
STEP 9/9
When all the ingredients are stir-fried, add sesame oil, a little pepper, and sesame salt and mix.
You can taste it and add soy sauce and sugar to your taste^^
* Don't boil the noodles. If you soak them and stir-fry them, the noodles taste better~ * When each of the vegetables is stir-fried, season only slightly.
