  • Black bean powder
  • ground pepper
  • crushed garlic
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare onions, cabbages, carrots, and potatoes by cutting them into appropriate sizes.
STEP 2/10
Instead of meat, ham is prepared by cutting it similar to the size of vegetables.
STEP 3/10
Grease a heated pan with plenty of oil and stir-fry onions.
STEP 4/10
When onions smell good, stir-fry minced garlic and ham.
STEP 5/10
When the surface of the ham is golden brown, stir-fry the carrots and potatoes.
STEP 6/10
When carrots and potatoes are tender, add cabbage and stir-fry a little more.
STEP 7/10
Pour water and bring to a boil.
STEP 8/10
When the carrots and potatoes are cooked while boiling, reduce the heat to low and add jajang powder evenly and boil while stirring.
STEP 9/10
When the black bean powder melts evenly and becomes thick, sprinkle a little pepper to make it taste greasy.
STEP 10/10
Add the konjac noodles and stir-fry them a little bit, and it's done.
It's good to put jajang powder in water in advance.
