Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I didn't have any ingredients, so I prepared something simple. I think it'd be good to put in the mushrooms instead of rice cake. I think it'll be more delicious if you add extra chili peppers because it's spicy!

Please cut the short rib patties according to the thickness of the rice cake.

Seasoning: soy sauce 4, peach syrup 2, minced garlic, sesame oil, soju or cooking wine [based on rice spoon] Tteokgalbi is seasoned, but rice cakes are not seasoned, so I made bulgogi sauce.

I put the sauce in the rice cake and left it for a while. (I'm going to leave the sauce and put a small amount on the tteok-galbi skewers.)
