STEP 1/14
Prepare the pork forelimbs and make the seasoning
Seasoning: 3T dark soy sauce, 2T red pepper paste, 1T red pepper powder, 3T plum juice, 2T cooking wine, 1.5T minced garlic, ginger powder, sesame oil, pepper
STEP 2/14
Mix the sauce in the pork and let it ripen for at least 30 minutes
I put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator for a day
STEP 3/14
Add sesame oil and sesame salt to the rice and mix them well
STEP 4/14
Take out the pork you marinated the day before, stir-fry it, and prepare it on a plate
STEP 5/14
Wash the lettuce and perilla leaves cleanly and prepare the gimbap rice seaweed and seaweed feet. Ready~ Done!
STEP 6/14
If I prepare everything, it'll be like this, right
STEP 7/14
Place rice thinly on top of seaweed
If it's too thick, it might burst when you roll it, so spread it out thinly
The top part will be covered with seaweed, so please leave it
STEP 8/14
Put lettuce on the rice and put perilla leaves on top
STEP 9/14
Put the meat on top and wrap the lettuce and perilla leaves around the meat before drying it
If I do this, it'll look pretty when I cut it, right?
STEP 10/14
Make it look pretty... Oh.. It exploded, but flipping and taking pictures for real
I won't do it
STEP 11/14
It looks good, right
STEP 12/14
Prepare sesame oil and brush and put it on top of gimbap
And sprinkle sesame seeds. That's it
STEP 13/14
It's the best visual, right
STEP 14/14
It'd be a shame if I just put it in a container and make gimbap, so if I put the fruits and salad at home
This boxed meal is more nutritious and more sincere than what you buy outside ^^
