STEP 1/7
Grease a heated pan with olive oil and stir-fry minced garlic. Brownish~ You can use butter instead of olive oil. I thought it would be more greasy if I used butter. I used olive oil neatly.
STEP 2/7
Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese over tortilla. This process only applies to people who use two sheets like me. As a glue! It's okay to use just one sheet, but it's good to hold and eat two sheets.
STEP 3/7
Place one more slice on top, then evenly top with the stir-fried minced garlic.
STEP 4/7
Place mozzarella cheese evenly, leaving only 1cm from end to end. It's good if there's cheese in it!!
STEP 5/7
Place the gorgonzola cheese on top. This is the most important thing!! If you use too much, it's hard to eat it because it's disgusting. So it's good to put it up moderately. In my case, I chose to cut it into small pieces and put it on evenly. I think it's perfect if you put it up to 7 pieces.
STEP 6/7
Finish with almond slices.
STEP 7/7
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated 180C oven. It's different depending on the oven specification. I baked it for 15 minutes, including 3 minutes of preheating. If you don't have an oven, you can cook it with a lid on the pan. I'm so busy with my two kids that I used the oven because I like to be on time!
