Making Donburi Rice Deliciously
It is a Japanese-style rice bowl with rice in a large bowl and various ingredients on it, and it is cheap and delicious, and it is a popular food. Donburi means a bigger bowl than a rice bowl. Originally, rice topped with rice is called Donburi Mesh, but it is also called Dong by shortening Donburi. Unlike Korean rice bowl, it is not mixed.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Wash the kelp with a clean dishcloth and water once! You have to remove the white part of the kelp so that the broth is clear and no impurities come out
STEP 2/11
Put one kelp in about half a cup of water and bring it to a boil
STEP 3/11
Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and scoop out the kelp. If you keep the kelp in it for a long time, it will produce sticky ingredients and make the texture and taste weird!

Please use the ingredients
Meat- The thinner the better/ chives- About 4 cm size/ button mushroom- evenly slice/ crown daisy- Just take off the leaves (you can use the ingredients at home)

Add half a cup of broth + soy sauce + sugar + soju and mix
STEP 6/11
Put the meat in the broth and bring it to a boil
STEP 7/11
Remove the foam from the top when it boils. If you don't remove it, it might be dry

Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil one more time
STEP 9/11
When the ingredients are boiling, beat the eggs and pour them all over the place

Add eggs and never stir!

If you put the finished ingredients on top of the rice, it's done!
It's good to make the eggs crumbly, not fully cooked! Add eggs and never stir! If you stir it, it becomes dry

    I replaced it with vegetables at home^^ But it's delicious. I don't have chives and mushrooms right away, so I replaced cabbage and green pepper, and I shredded perilla leaves at the end. When making kelp soup, I sliced a cheongyang pepper and made the soup spicy, so it's good to have a sweet taste. I turned off the heat and put katsuobushi on top. It's a hearty lunch with my eldest daughter during the rainy day.
