Ingredients
  • Pork belly meat
    800g
  • onion
    1ea
  • leek
    1piece
  • Ssanghwatang (Ssanghwatang
    1bottle
  • cooking wine
    1bottle
  • thick soy sauce
    0.5bottle
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Remove the shell of the pork belly, which is the main ingredient, and cut it into thick pieces of 3 to 4 cm
STEP 2/7
Shred the onions
Cut the green onions diagonally and prepare it
STEP 3/7
Put pork belly, onions, and green onions in a plastic pack
I'll rub it so that the scent goes well with each other well
STEP 4/7
Put the prepared ingredients in the casting pot or earthen pot
STEP 5/7
Ssanghwatang, cooking wine, and soy sauce
Put 1:1:0.5 in the Ssanghwatang bottle and start boiling
When it starts to boil, close the lid and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes
STEP 6/7
Even though I didn't add a drop of water
There's so much moisture coming out of vegetables and meat
STEP 7/7
When the meat is almost cooked, add the boiled egg and boil it down together
It doesn't matter which one you use for Ssanghwatang If you like pork belly, you can use it togetherHahaha If you want a lighter and more spicy taste, it would be better to cut Cheongyang red pepper and boil it together, right?^^

I thought it would taste like oriental medicine, but it's not and it's delicious If you like pork skin, it's chewy and delicious because the sauce is soaked in the skin Thank you
