Making smoked duck fried rice
This smoked duck fried rice is fried rice using leftover smoked duck. The smoked duck tastes good, so children eat it very well.^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, grill it and prepare the remaining smoked duck.
(It's half smoked duck, so I can't grill it again
I added rice and fried it^^)

Chop the smoked duck into small pieces.

Chop chives, garlic, carrots, and onions, too.

Stir-fry smoked duck meat, garlic, carrots, and onions in a heated pan.
(You don't need to add cooking oil because the duck meat produces oil.)

Add salt and pepper powder and stir-fry it

Add rice and mix it well
STEP 7/7
Add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chives and stir-fry them a bit more
Cheongyang red pepper, red pepper paste You can chop and stir-fry washed kimchi in water.^^
