Put mayonnaise on it

Beat in eggs and sprinkle with a little parsley. (Mayonnaise is seasoned and serves as a sauce, so I don't add salt.)

Put the eggs in the oven carefully so that they don't spill

Cook at the highest temperature of the oven (you can use the stay-on function) for about 5 minutes. You don't have to preheat it.

After that, I changed it to a grille and the egg white is completely cooked at 180 degreesIf you make it yellowish, it's done^^ Depending on your preference, you can cook it for 7 to 8 minutes if you like it half-cooked or hard-cooked for 5 minutes.
- Bread is in the refrigerator or freezer, so if it's cold, you have to take out the cold energy to cook the inside of the egg well.
- Also, mayonnaise acts as a wall to trap eggs, so it's better to squeeze them thickly.
- If you don't want the yolk to be pushed to one side, you can separate the white from the yolk, pour the white first, and then put the yolk in the middle. ^^
- If you don't like soft-boiled yolk, dip the yolk a few times with a fork and cook it well.
