Making bean sprout rice
It's a day when I don't want to eat side dishes..I made bean sprout rice that doesn't need side dishes. It's simple but nutritious^^

Cooking Steps

My family consists of 5 people, so I always cook according to that standard.
I'm preparing 300g of bean sprouts for my family's bean sprout rice.

Clean the bean sprouts, wash them well in water, and prepare them with a sieve

The most important thing about bean sprout rice is rice water. I wanted to tell you exactly, so I measured the amount of rice and water in advance. But I didn't have that kind of tool at home, so I used a beaker cup. The amount of rice was washed three times in about 700 beaker cups and drained. You can just use water, but I have seafood broth at home, so I poured 300ml of seafood broth. We didn't do the process of being called.

I'm going to cook rice comfortably with an electric rice cooker. After completing step 3, put only bean sprouts in the rice cooker. And then press the vegetable rice cooker and it's done!!

While the rice is being cooked, let's also make bean sprout rice sauce. I put in about 10 tablespoons of seasoned soy sauce with oligosaccharide, chopped up a handful of chives, and chopped half a small onion.

Add a bit of pepper powder, pepper powder, and a spoon of perilla oil or sesame oil. Finish with sesame salt

Mix it so that it mixes well. The sauce is ready, too!

We also prepare fried eggs to suit your taste. I'm going to put it on bean sprout rice, so half-cooked is good, too^^

We're finally done cooking!! It's the most nerve-wracking moment. I don't know if the rice is cooked well..The water control was incredible

The rice was cooked really well. The rice grains were really chewy+_+ I've experienced a lot of porridge before due to water control failure.
Even if it is well-made, 99% of bean sprout rice is successful
A bowl of rice was served with a fried egg and two tablespoons of marinade mixed together, so the seasoning was good. If you eat it bland, it's good to adjust your liver by adding a little bit. If you add sesame oil or perilla oil, it becomes more delicious when you mix it.
