Cut the skewer and roll it with a rolling pin for 2 slices of bread
If you don't have a rolling pin, you can press it with your hand

Spread the mozzarella cheese in the middle

Spread egg mixture on the edges

Attach two slices of bread so that the edges of the egg wash meet each other

Put butter on the pan

Place bread on top and cook until golden brown on both sides

When the bread becomes golden and the volume decreases, it's done
Mozzarella cheese takes a little longer to melt than other cheeses, so cook over low heat to avoid burning.
Bread sticks to each other as the cheese melts, so you don't have to apply egg water and then stick to it completely. You just need to make a bread pocket so that the cheese doesn't count
