STEP 1/11
Ingredients: As much as the pasta noodles are 500 won coin, 1/2 onions, 2 pieces of garlic (if the large garlic is small, prepare 3-4 pieces) 3 cheongyang peppers, 70g bacon, olive oil or cooking oil
Seasoning ingredients: 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 spoon of sugar
(based on 1 serving/rice spoon)
STEP 2/11
Prepare the pasta noodles as much as 500 won coins
That's the amount for one person.
STEP 3/11
Put water in a pot and add pasta noodles when the water starts to boil
And add 1 spoon of olive oil
If you don't have olive oil, you can use cooking oil.
Boil it for about 8 minutes
I like the firm texture, so I boiled it for about 8 minutes, but if you want a softer texture, you can boil it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 4/11
I will prepare vegetables while the pasta noodles are boiled!
Prepare 1/2 onions, 3 cheongyang peppers, and 2 slices of garlic
It's not in the picture, but please cut the bacon into bite-size pieces
If there's shrimp meat here, it's more delicious if you add shrimp, but I passed.
For those who can't eat spicy food, just put in two cheongyang peppers
If you like spicy food, you can eat it spicy enough if you put in about four!
STEP 5/11
Add 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and 1 spoon of sugar and mix well to complete the seasoning of soy sauce pasta.
STEP 6/11
While preparing the vegetables, the pasta noodles must have been boiled
Don't rinse it in cold water. Just put the chai on it and remove the moisture
STEP 7/11
Prepare a frying pan and add cooking oil or olive oil
Add the sliced garlic and stir-fry it gently.
STEP 8/11
When the garlic starts to turn golden, add the bacon.
Bacon produces oil by itself, so as soon as you put in the bacon, add the onions and stir-fry it together
STEP 9/11
When the onions start to separate, add the sliced cheongyang peppers.
STEP 10/11
Drain and add the pasta noodles.
And add the seasoning of the soy sauce pasta that I made.
STEP 11/11
If you stir-fry it for 2 to 3 more minutes, soy sauce pasta is complete!!
It may sound cheesy, but I couldn't think of pickles because of Cheongyang red pepper
It was rather spicy and delicious^^
When you eat it with your children, it's delicious enough if you add shrimp flesh without Cheongyang red pepper.
