Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Boil the eggs and peel them.
Originally, I always boiled 10 quail eggs when I made boiled pork belly rice, but I replaced it with an egg because there were no quail eggs. If you have quail eggs at home, it's more delicious if you boil them and cook them.
STEP 2/6
Cut pork belly into bite-size pieces, add ginger, blanch it in boiling water, and remove some fat. Wash in cold water and drain.
STEP 3/6
Put the ingredients of the stewed seasoning in a pan and bring to a simmer.
STEP 4/6
When it boils, add the drained pork belly, boiled egg, and cheongyang pepper and boil.
STEP 5/6
When the sauce is reduced by half, add the bottom cut enoki mushrooms and oligosaccharide and boil it down.
STEP 6/6
Each put rice in a bowl and put braised pork belly on it. Cut the egg into 1/4 pieces and gently put it on top of it with the seasoning.
I think it's a pretty good menu in the busy morning if you just fix the ingredients in advance the night before. It's more delicious if you use 10 quail eggs instead of eggs.
