Making Natto Soft Tofu Salad
It's a soft tofu salad with natto that doesn't burden calories if you eat it when you don't have an appetite in the morning or when you're hungry at night! I didn't expect the taste, so I made it because I thought it would go well with fresh lemon soy sauce, soft tofu, and raw natto

  • natto
  • soft tofu
  • a young leaf vegetable
  • Soy sauce
    2TS
  • lemon juice
    1TS
  • Vinegar
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put soft tofu on a plate.
STEP 2/5
Place 2 soy sauce, 1 lemon syrup, 1 vinegar [based on rice spoon] on top of soft tofu.
STEP 3/5
Wash and prepare the leaves and vegetables!
STEP 4/5
Please add soft tofu and young leaf vegetables. Soft tofu and young leaf vegetables go well together.
STEP 5/5
Add Katsuo soy sauce and mustard to raw natto, stir it about 20 times with chopsticks, and put it on top of soft tofu to make it a light Natto soft tofu salad
