STEP 1/13
I prepared the fan meat at home as bulgogi meat.
2 soy sauce, 2 white wine, 1 minced garlic, 1 sugar, and a little pepper
Put it in and mix it well and marinate it for about 30 minutes.
[You can replace white wine with cooking wine]
STEP 2/13
Add a slice of meat to the sauce
with one's hands full
STEP 3/13
Put two or three drops of olive oil and salt in boiling water
Boil spaghetti noodles for 7 to 8 minutes.
STEP 4/13
Slice onions and garlic. Ready
STEP 5/13
Take out the cooked noodles and put them on a wide plate
Sprinkle olive oil and spread it out
Boiled noodles leave Korean midnight, too.
STEP 6/13
Add 3 spoons of olive oil and chopped garlic and stir-fry it to make it smell
STEP 7/13
Put marinated meat in the sauce and cut it while grilling it.
STEP 8/13
When the meat is cooked, add eggplants and onions
Stir-fry it.
STEP 9/13
When the vegetables start to lose their breath, add the prepared side dish
STEP 10/13
Add milk, whipped cream, and a ladle of noodles and boil it
STEP 11/13
Add parmesan powder and boil it down.
STEP 12/13
When the sauce boils thickly, taste it
Season with salt and pepper.
STEP 13/13
Place it on a plate and it's done :D
The recipe didn't come out, but it's pasta with bulgogi that I made as I wanted
There was a scene where I went out to the customer's table, and it was cream pasta
Is bulgogi and eggplant in it... I thought it would be like this, so I made it.
The result is delicious :D
