Steamed eggs for the baby
There are more and more foods that my baby can eat after the first birthday, so I'm excited about what to make and feed him these days!! I'm going to try eggs for the first time today. I heard that you can start with the egg yolk in the middle of baby food. I started it after a stone because of an allergy. After the stone, you can eat all the egg whites. Eggs contain high protein, so they are nutritious!! I haven't tried food with oil yet, so I'm going to start with steamed eggs, which is the least burdensome.
