Stir-fried cucumber and beef
I think it tastes better because I cut and stir-fry the menu that I used to make when I was studying as a cook.

Cooking Steps

Cut the cucumber in half and cut it sideways

Dried shiitake mushrooms were soaked in hot water and squeezed out the water, then mixed slightly with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Grease the pan and stir-fry the beef and shiitake mushrooms. So that the meat doesn't clump together...

When the redness of the meat disappears, add cucumbers.

I only put pepper, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt. You can add a little bit of red pepper powder to your liking.

I have shredded red pepper, so I cut it a little bit. It looks neater than red pepper powder.

Stir-fry the cucumber until the sauce is evenly soaked until it dies, and that's it.

It doesn't taste like fresh and crunchy cucumbers, but it has a unique scent. Beef and shiitake mushrooms are chewy.It's not spicy, so I think it'll be okay for children and the elderly.
