Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, cut the parchment paper into the pan
Heat canola oil and milk in medium heat
Let's not eat the stomach
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
First, mix the eggs and sugar and whip it in warm water
STEP 2/7
Whip it at high speed, and then turn it 1 to 2 minutes at the end to clean up the big bubbles
(When you touch the foam batter, it's lukewarm - stop whipping if it's warm)

Add the soft flour to the foam and mix. (Mix it as if you are scooping it up so that it doesn't die.)
Mix a little bit of the dough in the canola oil and milk, and then mix it in the dough

Pour the batter into a pan with parchment paper and spread it with a scraper (bake the bottom about three times and bake in a preheated oven for 13-15 minutes)

Whip the whipped cream and sugar in a bowl. When it's ready, add condensed milk and whip it tightly
Turn the baked sheet upside down and cool it down
STEP 6/7
Apply whipped cream in the center of the sheet and roll it
After fixing it with parchment paper, leave it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours and cut it
(The sheet is lukewarm - Roll it at once when it's warm so that it doesn't crack or break.)
I used a 33x36 pan and cut it a bit horizontally about 5 centimeters)
STEP 7/7
If you cut the red bean jelly packaging in half and attach it to the front and back, you can leave it neatly. :)
