STEP 1/5
Original recipe
My husband bought front leg meat because he wanted to eat Guobaorou!
There are so many things I want to eat!!
Thanks to you, I'm going to do another practice, not a practice, not practice~~
The one I made last time was good, but I felt a bit disappointed
I wanted to do it properly this time, so I tested a lot of things
I chose the one that I like the most and made it
I'll pray for you to be more perfect next time Haha
Then I'll make it!
-Introduction of ingredients (based on 4 servings) -
600g of pork front legs, 1 cup and a half starch powder, 1 cup and a half glutinous rice powder, 1 egg white, half a cup of lukewarm water, salt, a little pepper, a little carrot, a little onion, a lot of frying oil, a little soju
Sauce-Sugar 6Ts (If you don't like sweet things, take out a little bit), vinegar 6Ts, soy sauce 1.5Ts (half with oyster sauce is better), a cup and a half of water, starch 4-5Ts
-How to make it -
Ask them to cut the pork into 1mm thick pieces. (If it's thick, guobaorou doesn't taste good.)
My husband misunderstood and it was 2mm, so I patted it and spread it out!
Season (salt, pepper, and soju) here.
STEP 2/5
There are people who use mirin sometimes, so don't use mirin when frying. It burns! (It's easy to burn because it's a sculpture.)
Measure the meat, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and prepare it.
Prepare glutinous rice flour in advance to make batter, mix with lukewarm water, and add starch to the back.
Add starch, whites and batter.
STEP 5/5
Chop carrots and onions into thin slices, stir-fry slightly, put them on top of meat, and put sauce on top, and it's done!
It looks easy, but it is more difficult than I thought to fry it with glutinous rice flour.
If it's hard to do that, please use starch powder~~
In this case, don't add water and replace it with cooking oil! (Chef Lee Yeon-bok's method.). (Laughing)
Kids eat so well!
Thanks to you, my husband eats well~~
Because of its unique nature, glutinous rice powder may not work well when fried.
In that case, you can just use starch powder, but it doesn't have a chewy texture.
