STEP 1/11
Cut the top of shiitake mushrooms with scissors, wash them lightly, squeeze them tightly, and cut them thickly.
STEP 2/11
Shred the green onion into white parts.
STEP 3/11
Shred green and red peppers.
STEP 4/11
Chop the onions, too.
STEP 5/11
Add 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1/4 spoonful of grain syrup, and 1/4 spoonful of sugar and mix.
STEP 6/11
Grease a heated pan slightly and stir-fry garlic to make it smell good.
STEP 7/11
Add onions and stir-fry until about 50% cooked.
STEP 8/11
Add raw shiitake mushrooms and cook over medium heat. Stir-fry raw shiitake mushrooms until they are out of breath because they will not taste good if cooked too much.
STEP 9/11
When the shiitake mushrooms are slightly fried, add the soy sauce made and stir-fry it until the seasoning is soaked. If you season soy sauce before it's cooked, shiitake mushrooms absorb soy sauce, so the seasoning doesn't cut evenly, so the taste decreases.
STEP 10/11
When shiitake mushrooms blend well with the seasoning, add green pepper, red pepper, green onion, and pepper powder and season with salt and stir-fry them once.
STEP 11/11
Super simple stir-fried shiitake mushrooms are done.
The nutritional difference between dried shiitake mushrooms and raw shiitake mushrooms is that they contain a lot of protein, calcium, vitamins B and D. Raw shiitake mushrooms are rich in fiber, which helps digestion of the stomach and intestines.
