Cooking Steps

Cut the top of shiitake mushrooms with scissors, wash them lightly, squeeze them tightly, and cut them thickly.

Shred the green onion into white parts.

Shred green and red peppers.

Add 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1/4 spoonful of grain syrup, and 1/4 spoonful of sugar and mix.

When the shiitake mushrooms are slightly fried, add the soy sauce made and stir-fry it until the seasoning is soaked. If you season soy sauce before it's cooked, shiitake mushrooms absorb soy sauce, so the seasoning doesn't cut evenly, so the taste decreases.

When shiitake mushrooms blend well with the seasoning, add green pepper, red pepper, green onion, and pepper powder and season with salt and stir-fry them once.
