STEP 1/9
Chop the konjac, please.
STEP 2/9
If you put konjac in vinegar water for more than an hour, you can catch the smell of konjac. I blanch it in boiling water, but I had time, so I poured a spoonful of vinegar in plain water and left it there for about an hour and 10 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Prepare 3 cups of rice mixed with black rice, brown rice, and rice
STEP 4/9
The rice only needs to soak for about 30 minutes, so start to soak later.
STEP 5/9
Wash konjac under running water to remove moisture.
STEP 6/9
Go straight to the blender and grind finely. If you use the grain powder, use it right away, or just work on vinegar water.
STEP 7/9
I threw konjac on the rice, which I had soaked, and the water was 3 cups, so I set it to 3, and there was too much. Just do it around 2.3 or 2.5.
STEP 8/9
I was nervous, so I poured konjac and mixed it with a spoon.
STEP 9/9
I'm done making konjac rice in about an hour. It felt like konjac was floating a lot on top of it, but once you mix it, it's very much like regular rice. As a result of the tasting, there's a lot of water, so it feels like porridge, and the texture is a little weak, but the taste is just like regular rice. It's like rice mixed with glutinous rice!
Just remember two things about making konjac rice! The ratio is 1:1, and water should be less than usual!
