STEP 1/9
Put the kelp and anchovies in a pot and make broth. I always use kelp and anchovy stock, and it's the best to make it taste good without seasoning. It's salty because it's moderately seasoned.
STEP 2/9
Add the pre-cut fish cake and boil it. Since the broth flows out of the fish cake, the taste of the soup gets better^^
STEP 3/9
Add minced garlic, the only seasoning. I chop a lot and put it in the freezer, take out a can, and put it in the refrigerator.~~
STEP 4/9
Cut carrots into half-moon shapes and put them next to fish cakes. If you put onions together, the onions get soft and taste bad. Carrots are hard, so always put them in first.^^
STEP 5/9
Now, put in the onions.
Onions are also my regular ingredient in every dish.
For some reason... I feel like I need onions.
STEP 6/9
Now, I'm going to put in the soup. When I make fish cake soup or other kinds of soup, I usually add this soy sauce. I try not to season it with salt. Instead, add salt to the stir-fry that needs to be done neatly. The color isn't that pretty with soy sauce.
STEP 7/9
With soy sauce, the color turned yellow.
It looks very savory.
STEP 8/9
Now, reduce the heat to low and add enoki mushrooms, chopped green onions, and a little pepper.
STEP 9/9
Lastly, add the trimmed chives and immediately cover and turn off the heat. The chives are tender, so if you keep boiling them, they become mushy and taste bad. If you put it on the table right away, it's over!
Add chives at the end, turn off the heat and leave the lid closed.
