Wash bean sprouts and drain them

Put bean sprouts in the pot first.

It is important to put red pepper paste, cooking wine, sugar, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a 1:1:1:1:1 ratio. But if you don't like sugar, you can change it. I replaced it with red pepper paste 3, red pepper powder 3, soy sauce 3, minced garlic 2, cooking wine 3, sugar 1+starch syrup 1.

Spread the meat well so that it doesn't rip on top of the sauce.

Pour the sauce and leave it on the lowest heat for about 10 minutes, and the soup will start to form. If it's too hot, the broth will evaporate, so be careful. Don't cover the pot lid!
